QUESTIONS? I'VE GOT yoU COVERED!

WhAT'S THE AVERAGE INVESTMENT FOR COACHING WITH YOU?

It varies depending on the package/ program. Fees for 1:1 sessions, group programs and online courses will be posted, however the financial exchange for couples and longer term individual coaching varies, depending on your unique needs (exploring things like duration, frequency etc. are all part of our initial conversation). Most couples coaching clients invest $1000+/ month for a combination of individual and couples sessions throughout process.

YOU WERE A THERAPIST, BUT NOW YOU'RE A COACH. WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?

This is a short answer to a longer question, but I've found a couple of things that really help define the line between the two.

1. Coaching at its core is not meant to diagnose or treat a diagnosis. Therefore, if you're on the path of focusing specifically on healing past trauma, treating a specific diagnosis or addressing a specific addiction, therapy is probably the more supportive path.

2. Coaching is a very present-future oriented process. I often say that we honor, acknowledge and "tip our hats" to the stories of our past, but we DANCE with what we desire, what IS working, and our greatest vision of possibility. We absolutely will identify and address conscious and unconscious blocks, but we will be using most of our energy to focus on what you want MORE of. Where attention goes, energy flows. . .

3. Coaching is for HIGHLY MOTIVATED individuals. Coaching is not for folks who are pondering change or focused mostly on understanding the past. It is for people who are READY for change and can really focus on the present and future.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

Coaching is not covered by insurance plans. That being said, I work with a number of entrepreneurs and coaching is often a great write off (That being said, I'm not a CPA, so talk to your accountant to see if it is for you).
